Shipping & Returns

The online store calculates shipping and handling charges for you, based on your geographic location and the weight and dimensions of your order. Please note that these are "real-world" charges for shipping and handling. We do not pad those costs into our products.

Import duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

Please report any problem to us within 10 days of receipt if you want to return your products. It is even a great help if you can take pictures on the shipment or products that you are requesting for returns. For any return request due to wrong product shipped, defect in the product, we will re-send the correct good product to you, and may require you to return the wrong product to us, of course we will responsible for the shipping cost from your country to Hong Kong.

Please check the following reason as the standard rule for exchange goods:

1. The good is not as same as the customer order.(wrong item)
2. The good is damaged or defective

(For the above reasons, there are no need to send the goods back, but must take 3 photo which appoint Where the goods defective and damaged clearly and email to : help@toysonline.hk (Customer Service)

We do not accept returns in the following reasons:

1. Customer has not informed help@toysonline.hk about returns within 10 days after the receipt of the goods
2. Goods that have been used or worn once
3. Items without the original case or package
4. The package has been opened
5. Items, which has been adjusted or cleaned by customer.
6. Item that has been soiled or damaged by the Customer (cosmetics, fragrance, smells included)

For any other reason you may want to return the product you received, please contact us before you take any further action. As returning a product may cause un-necessary effort and money, we always want to resolve problem with you with other possible solutions. Therefore, communication is the most important thing between you (customer) and us (seller).
